Butler County to use Web GIS subscription service - FEB 01, 2013

The Butler County Assessor has inaugurated a new geographic information service for Butler County citizens and businesses. In addition to basic parcel map browsing and ownership inquiry, the new WEBGIS offers subscribers secured access to premium information services that include the ability to query and print maps and property record cards that contain detailed information about land ownership, valuation and improvements.

Current subscribers include Title Companies, Municipalities, Real Estate Agencies & Developers, Real Property Appraisers, Banks, and Insurance Companies. The first of its kind in Missouri, the Butler WEBGIS subscription service saves users time and effort in researching real estate property records in the county.
