Flexible Deployment

GAMA™ may be deployed on a local server or may be deployed on a hosted internet server. For smaller agencies that do not have IT staff, it may be desirable to deploy a hosted solution wherein IT services are provided. GAMA™ features the ability to publish live data to the internet. The instant changes occur, they are reflected on the GIS enabled web site.

Robust Reporting Capabilities

GAMA™ can produce all reports generally required by taxing authorities including New Construction, Totals by Tax Entity, Sales Ratio, Personal Property Summary and Totals, and Control Number Reports. It can also produce Sales Questionnaires, Impact Notices, and Personal Property Declarations. Adhoc Queries can be created and saved using any SQL query tool such as Microsoft Query which works with Microsoft Excel™ and Microsoft Access™.

Flexible CAMA Cost Algorithms

Being client driven and customizable, GAMA™ supports ANY cost approach to value. All cost tables are user maintainable. The system includes a direct sales comparison module. Multiple regression and other statistical valuation techniques can be accomplished through the use of third party statistical software of your choice, as the system data is easily transported to other software. Commercial properties can be valued using income and expense models. The proposed system is capable of producing complete and final property values for each parcel using cost, market, or income models.

GIS Tools

Rapidly search and display property maps based on owner name, Address, Property ID, or PLSS grid location. Instantly Toggle between Map and Data Views Split or combine land parcels using simple split or combination tools. Advanced COGO tools are provided for capturing survey plats or creating split templates from deeds. Proximity search and buffering tools are provided for identifying properties within a specified distance of a point or linear feature such as a roadway. Map Plotting tools are provide for hardcopy map production.

Validation as you type

Workflow Integration

Whenever a mapper splits or combines a parcel, the corresponding record in the mass appraisal database is created or deleted. Whenever parcels are combined, the improvements on those parcels are automatically transferred to the resulting property record. If improvement locations are represented on the map, these improvements are automatically assigned to the appropriate record whenever a split occurs. This process integration reduces error while dramatically increasing worker efficiency.

Video, Photos & Document Images

Video, photos, and document images can be displayed on property maps with a simple mouseover selection function. An unlimited number of photos and document images may be tied to a land parcel record and subsequently displayed on a map.
